Welcome to the Heineken Experience online tickets service. The Heineken Experience is one of the most popular tourist attractions in Amsterdam. Therefore we strongly advise to order your tickets online. Just fill out the form, pay, print your tickets and spend more time in the brewery and not waiting in line!
How to order
Ordering online is the quickest and easiest way to get access to the Heineken Experience. Please follow the five steps. You can pay by either using a credit card or Ideal (for Dutch visitors). After completion of your order, the tickets will be sent to you by email and you need to print them yourself.

What are the current ticket prices?
The entrance fee to the Heineken Experience is:
• € 16,00 at the entrance
• € 15,00 for online ticket
• group rates on request (not on Saturdays after 13:00 hrs)
What are the opening hours?
The Heineken Experience is open Monday through Sunday from 11.00 – 19.00 hrs. Last entree and ticket sales at 17.30 hrs. Please make sure you arrive on time so you have enough time to enjoy the tour. The Heineken Experience is closed on 1 January, 30 April, 25 and 26 December. On 24 and 31 December the Heineken Experience will close at 16.00 hrs, last entree and ticket sales at 14.30 hrs.
Can I bring my pet?
It is not possible to bring your pet to the Heineken Experience with the exception of service dogs.
What is the advantage of buying my tickets
in advance?
With your prebought tickets in your pocket, you no longer have to queue at the ticket desk. Just go straight to the entrance of the tour and save € 1,00 per person along the way.
