What are the current ticket prices?
The entrance fee to the Heineken Experience is:
  • € 15,-
  • group rates on request
  • no discounts apply


  • Are there any ride restrictions?
    The “Brew U” ride is the only ride in the Heineken Experience that has restrictions to ensure your safety. These restrictions include height restrictions, health and safety advisories. The detailed restrictions are listed next to the entrance of the ride.

    Is a floorplan available?
    Floor plans are available on the website and are also printed in the brochure that is available in the International Welcome area.

    What are the opening hours?
    The Heineken Experience is open Monday through Sunday from 11.00 – 19.00 hrs. Last ticket sales at 17.30 hrs. Please make sure you arrive on time so you have enough time to enjoy the tour. The Heineken Experience is closed on January 1, April 30 and the 25th and 26th of December.

    Can I bring my pet?
    It is not possible to bring your pet to the Heineken Experience with the exception of service dogs.

    Do we need to reserve tickets?
    No, you do not need to reserve tickets however; we recommend that you buy your tickets online to avoid waiting in line. On very busy days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) waiting time can be up to 30 minutes.

    What is the advantage of buying my tickets in advance?
    With your prebought tickets in your pocket, you no longer have to queue at the ticket desk but can go straight to the entrance of the tour.

    How can I obtain an information brochure?
    Brochures are available in the International Welcome at the start of the tour. To receive a brochure at home, please send an email to info@heinekenexperience.com with information brochure as subject. Please do not forget to clearly state your name and address.

    Are the special group rates?
    For groups as of 20 persons, special group rates apply. Please contact the Heineken Experience for details via sales@heinekenexperience.com or telephone: +31 (0)20 5239 222.

    What discounts are available?
    We do not offer special discounts.

    Is it possible to book wheelchairs?
    Yes, wheelchairs are available free of charge but need to be booked in advance via info@heinekenexperience.com

    Is there information available that I can use for my talk, project or presentation?
    Heineken has put together a special information package that can be requested through our corporate website www.Heineken.com

    Are cloakrooms available?
    The cloakroom is located next to the ticket desk in the entrance area. Use of the cloakroom is free of charge.

    A defibliator is present in the building

    What to do in case of an evacuation?
    Please follow the instructions of the staff in case of an evacuation.

    What method of payments do you accept?
    We accept the following credit cards: Visa card, MasterCard and American Express. You can also use cash cards with “pin”.

    Where can I park my car?
    A public garage is located right next to the Heineken Experience. The Museumsquare parking is only a few minutes walk away.

    Toilets
    Toilets are available at the start of the tour, half way and at the end in the last bar.

    Can I visit the Heineken Experience in a wheelchair?
    We did our utmost to make the former brewery entirely accessible for visitors in a wheelchair. We just didn’t manage to make the stable walk available for visitors in a wheelchair. Where all other visitors use the escalator in the stable department to continue their tour, we will guide you to the next level with the elevator.

    Can I buy souvenirs?
    The Heineken Experience Shop, located at the end of the tour offers a wide range of Heineken clothing, beer items, posters etc. Don’t forget to buy your personal souvenir from your visit to the Heineken Experience!

    How do I get to the Heineken Experience?
    By car:
    From all directions, follow directions Ring Amsterdam A10 and leave the ring at exit S110. Follow directions to the city centre and finally to the Stadhouderskade.

    By public transportation:
    From Central Station, please take tram 16, 24 or 25. Get off at Heinekenplein.

    Can I take photo’s or make video’s during the tour?
    We like to enable you to share your experience with your friends at home and therefore it is allowed to take photos or to make a video.

    Is there a restaurant in the Heineken Experience?
    We serve a cool drink but no food. Plenty of restaurants are available close to the Heineken Experience where not only a fresh Heineken is being served but also excellent food.
